10 weeks ago taken off Loxapine cold turkey after a medical emergency related to Loxapine. Genome study results make it hard to find a med that will not have toxic side effects, withdrawal or paradoxical responses. A hospital recently administered Midazolam, Abilify and Trileptal for 2 days to ease the withdrawal, however these exact meds will trigger significant withdrawal symptoms within 2 weeks, probably sooner

A hospital will always resort to adding more drugs when sometimes that can complicate matters. So you're currently on these three drugs and are looking to get off all of them?
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
