Hi. I was prescribed Xanax 9 years ago. I initiated tapering I was on 2mg of Xanax for the 9 years. I asked to reduce to 1mg daily, a 50% reduction. I had not researched different methods. My doctor said ok. Within 2 weeks I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms but it took me 2.5 months to what was happening. When I told doctor I was told oh there something else going on. There was not. No support or anything from Doctor. I did a stupid this n decided to go Cold turkey for about 12 days. That was brutal. I’m back to 2mg Alit if physical pain has gone but now I have loud room my one ear. I rambled too long. That is my story. My goal is to be Xanax free. I found Dr Josef and impressed. I need sound medical guidance and support. Thank you
