I am the mother of an adult son I believe is experiencing adverse effects from olanzapine and I would like to explore both tapering and alternatives to this medication.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.28 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg
