Hey all. I'm here because I'm currently taking two meds for sleep. I was taking gabapentin 300mg initially but had to be a put on a steroid temporarily for a few weeks and my psych added seroquel due to gabapentin not being able to deal with steroid insomnia on top of my normal insomnia. I'm here for community and to develop a tapering plan, as I know both these meds can be tricky to come off of. My psych is also not pro-taper (her default response is "you can just quit it") and I've had horrible experiences there in the past, so looking for resources too!
