Been a prisoner of these drugs for 29 years. Discovered Mark Horowitz and now I know how to discontinue safely. 1 year in on a 3 or four year journey but happy now I’m educated and not alone

Welcome, Carmel Evans, Yes, I’m also very glad that I learned about Mark Horowitz. At least now I understand why things are the way they are. His work simply describes the situation more accurately than anything else I’ve come across.

Cymbalta — 15mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
