Hi, my name is Carissa. I was in a car accident about a year ago and was put on Lamictal and gabapentin but my psychiatrist put me on way too high dose, especially for my weight and then early this year. I started having migraines and I’ve been in and out of the ER. I just recently was put on Depakote in Klonopin for migraines but it’s fucked up my stomach pretty bad and I want to get off everything and go back to being my normal self. I do have high anxiety about the migraines and about tapering and I look forward to the support. THANK YOU

Hi @Carissa, welcome! I'm really sorry to hear about your accident and then getting put on so many drugs. When dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper only one at a time, so you can always start with whichever one is giving you the most issues first (if you know).
