I’m a 78 year-old woman basically healthy but have had insomnia for about 20 years off and on. Years ago, a psychologist started me on low-dose of Remeron. For a long time, but about six months ago started with about 2.5 mg a very low dose to improve sleep decided recently My doctor told me I should stop taking it so now I’m taping. I’m at 1.6 mg using micro dosing through a compounding pharmacy
