Hi @BrianDo, welcome to Taper Community! Hopefully some of our @Mirtazapine members can provide some input. Since you've only been on it for about a month, you may not need the same longer taper that a long-term user might need. But you should have some sort of taper plan in place since cold-turkeying is not recommended. A conservative approach might be taking anywhere between a 10-20% reduction and then hold for a couple weeks to assess how your nervous system responds. If you're doing well then you can continue taking small reductions. However, if withdrawal symptoms appear you'd want to hold longer and/or reduce more slowly. Hope this helps! Catina 🩷
