I'm so sorry you're dealing with brain zaps. They're very common in psychiatric drug withdrawal and can be quite severe in some people. You're not permanently damaged, it's just a sign that your brain is recalibrating after the absence of the drugs. Here is some information about it:

When you get a chance, could you add a Signature to your profile so we can see which drugs you were on and when you got off of them? A general timeline would be helpful...thank you! You can do this in Settings.
So you're off all medications now or are you still tapering?
