Hi, my name is bastet and I finished my taper the 13rd December 2025. I live in Spain and I had to do it on my own with the help of several english speaking online communities. I would like to help two friends that are currently researching for their taper soon and I can also help others by sharing my experience in this community. My taper journey highlights: (on a ketogenic diet for mental health). ::: 31/01/2024 Clonazepam drops 2mg/day (5 - 5 - 10) Venlafaxine 150 mg (1 - 0 - 1) Aripiprazol 10mg (1 - 0 - 0) ::: 31/01/2025 Venlafaxine 109mg Clonazepam 1mg ::: 28/07/2025 - Clonazepan 0.6 mg before sleep ::: 13/12/2025 - my last clonazepan dose, still on keto. ::: 09/07/2026 - still on keto.
