Hi, I'm Ani

September 18, 2026··
Taking Zoloft (Sertralin) for the last 6 years, mostly on 25 mg. I tried to stopp twice but had severe withdrawal symptoms. At that time I was told it was relapse and went back on it, still took some time to get better. Once I realized what was going on, around 14 months ago, I started to taper more slowly. It started to get more difficult at around 7 mg and even more around 3-4 mg. Now I am at 2.8 mg. Sometimes I still can't fully believe that this is possible. I have a psychology backround, I feel like I should have known about this. The most useful information I found was from people with similar experiences. I want to learn more, spread the word and support others in the future.
