Hi @Amann, welcome to Taper Community!
I like the fact that you recognize that there is a problem and want to do something about it. Taking a drug like this can really get out of hand when we have to keep taking more and more of it to achieve the same original affect.
We recommend Hyperbolic tapering here at Taper Community - monthly reductions of no more than 10% of the previous month's dose. The reductions will therefore get smaller and smaller as time goes on. The greatest changes in receptor occupancy happen at very low doses, so tapering this way is safer and easier on the brain.
It might be best to keep your doses consistent as you taper down. Your brain will need as much stability as possible.
If you go to the Tapering Protocols, Symptoms & Self-Care, and I Need Support sections of the forum and click on the Guides tab, you'll find lots of helpful advice and tips.
Wishing you the best with your taper. Let us know if you have any questions!
