Sorry you are suffering too, glad the woman called you, so hard to deal with this illness especially when alone. Hope you managed to go out. What are your symptoms?

@RO thanks for asking...EXTREME fatigue is the worst, and the brain fog. Muscle pain, nausea, dizziness.

atypical in presentation of side effects, super sensitive to small doses and general delayed responder. never took a psych med that didn't' make me sick immediately with infections and restless legs. have never been able to tolerate being on them, but have never had support to get off so I've been bouncing back and forth. i don't like capital letters. sorry.

I'm praying for you 💞 you're going to be ok. I have trouble getting out as well. I also have trust issues etc. So the first thing I do in the morning is open the door or open the window, let the outside in. I have to do.it every day because agoraphobia is horrible and I don't want to get like that again. I've been through home sickness and culture shock too many times Splash some water on your face, brush your hair, tidy up your nails, one of these things, all of these things or something else to do for your self care and worth, because you are loved and you are worth it Just a little something to make you feel better. Like a flower needs water You're a quirky unique person and you can make me laugh when I feel like crying I pray you'll have a good day I'm thinking of you 🫂

Awwww. We'll if ya spot it, ya got it, my first therapist used to say. And Oh my...thank you for sharing about agoraphobia. I have bad bouts of that too. At the meeting I literally sit in a corner so I can feel safe. But it's odd that even though I fear being out, I crave people. And I think that's a good thing for this introverted hermit!!!

The corner feels safe, I like to be next to the wall, I hope when you're next to the wall in the corner you feel that safety.
