Flu-like symptoms

I am experiencing flu-like symptoms after a dose reduction. They aren't extreme but they are causing some discomfort. Can I use normal flu medication to ease these symptoms?

Sorry you're dealing with this! We have some information and tips about this symptom if you'd like to read it. I'd personally be cautious about even over-the-counter medication since you don't know how you'd react. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Thank you for these Catina, I'll have a look at them. My body probably just needs more time to settle, I'll be patient for now, since its not too bad.
