Exploding head syndrome and phantom touches

Has anyone else experienced a banging sound in their head like a gunshot before sleep or something that feels like someone touching my cheek briefly also before sleep. It doesn't happen regularly, but it was a scary sensation before researching and finding out it is actually a thing people experience, and can be caused by quetiapine. Yet another thing that can be caused by this stuff they've given me. Can be triggered by central nervous system meds like antipsychotics. The exploding head I've experienced on and off since starting quetiapine and the phantom touch started when beginning to taper.
