Destabilised after a forced cold turkey

I have been on Nardil for Appx 4 years. Due to a few unavoidable side effects I chose to taper off. I managed to taper down to only 7.5mg (for Nardil, this is a minuscule dose) and was holding this dose for about a year (needed to slow down the taper while I worked through some unrelated issues) In July, Nardil supply was moved to a different brand and unfortunately after 2 weeks on this brand I fell into a sudden acute withdrawal (this brand does not appear to have been as potent as previous brands and many others who take it have experienced similar). I managed to get the old brand again however continuing on the same dose did not provide any relief. I held as long as I could but I became unable to function - my nervous system was completely and aggressively destabilised. I tried going up to 15mg and it made no difference. I eventually went up to 45mg which I wasn’t too happy about however I was able to function again. My Original dose was 75mg so I didn’t go all the way back to that. My question is, how much longer do the waves continue? I feel like I get 2-3 days of a window before crashing down once again. I feel helpless and I am so busy with work and being a single parent. Also - please don’t judge my reinstatement. Nardil is a MAOI and unlike SSRI’s reinstating at small doses doesn’t work in the same way. I don’t mind having to restart my taper, I just need to get this nervous system settled first
