Deprescriber found

After few mail sent to some doctors I, this morning, have received an answer from a doctor that can guide me to taper off abilify. Feeling good right now as finally I won't have to fight every time against my psychiatrist. I'm more relaxed and confident right now

Abilify — 300 mg Maintena — 7 years but with different dosage — planning taper | other — EN delorazepam medication: current dose 1 mg when needed — 2 years — holding | other — Akineton - 2 mg — 5 months — holding | with clinician

So happy to hear that! I am with my psychiatrist for the sole purpose of deprescribing after my PCP was fighting me. I thankfully had a good talk therapist that was able to make the referral for me. Having a professional that understands and is in your corner rather than opposing you is a great step. Good luck with your journey going forward!
