Thank you. @Based Psychiatrist , no secrets really. Just eating a balanced diet, intermitent fasting, gentle exercise (either walking or rebounding/ jumping on a mini trampoline gently), hydrating, cold showers, taking my vitamins, I don't play around my sleep, no screen 1 hour before bed, go to bed same time everyday. And most importantly reading my Bible and praying. I shouldn't discount the incredible job of peers and peer supporters who have really drummed home the importance of going slow, I decrease by 10% or less every month.
