Came off Effexor 37.5mg on 23/5/2025 cold turkey after taking it for 3 months

Feeling okay. Been having bouts of headache, irritability, appetite changes, flu-like symptoms, emotional blunting, visual disturbances, depersonalization, and fatigue.
I have been off all SSRI/SNRIs since May 2025 as of September 2026.
I experience bouts of daily fatigue and burnout feelings, exhaustion, and emotional blunting.
