If I lose weight when I'm tapering, the quetiapine I take will increase in strength, so how will my BMI affect my tapering journey if my weight changes. Say like if I lost a stone. Or will it not change anything. Maybe it will increase the side effects and decrease the withdrawal

That's really interesting, I didn't know that, thank you
I do know from experience that Valerian increases side effects, so I stopped drinking bedtime tea with valerian because it was affecting my swallowing, making it harder.
I also know cbd increases the strength of quetiapine, the drowsiness effect. But I think you need to be careful of your liver if you combine the two
My psychiatrist was considering whether to increase my dose a long time ago, because I was low in weight but she went ahead with the increase anyway, unfortunately for me. Looking back this is proof the quetiapine didn't work, because it should have been working and an increase wasn't the correct thing to do. This is why I'm questioning weight, because of her hesitation.

Also I've been taking a bit of sea kelp most days to protect my thyroid from becoming under active from the quetiapine. Which has worked ☺️
