Beginning of Hyperbolic Taper-the proper way

July 20, 2026··
taper update
For me: I think I am in protracted withdrawal from my too fast-too soon attempts to taper a few months ago. The symptoms listed above are my "normal" since then (May 2026). Insomnia-happens pretty regularly. Headache-may be due to jet lag from vacation. Anxiety-comes in waves; usually present in the morning for a while. Surges here and there during the day. Electric shock sensations are usually in my arms and are more like a tingling sensation that can just surge through me for no reason. Appetite changes happen only when I'm anxious. When I'm not anxious, I can eat fairly decently. Emotional blunting has only occurred since trying to taper abruptly in May. I would like to figure out how to track my symptoms privately if possible. This is a test post to see if it works.

Hi @guava378 . I thought I disabled that, but it still showed up. Hm. I might have to try it again.
