49th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

I slept well last night. My headache is about a 6/10 today, so a little better than yesterday. I feel a little dizzy and kind of strange and spacey in my head; that's the best way to describe it.
I bought some Turmeric with Curcumin to see if it will help my headache. We'll see if I can tolerate it. I know we need to be cautious with supplements, but I figured it was worth a try.

"I bought some Turmeric with Curcumin to see if it will help my headache." — @CatinaGlad you slept well last night. Sucks you still have a headache, but at least it's not as bad. The turmeric with curcumin works well for inflammation, I use it all the time. Hopefully, it'll work for you.
