Are there people who stabelized from protracted withdrawel? I think i will never get better or get stabelized. I am in 9th month of waves and windows. I took it for panick and fear..

I have so much muscle pains in shoulder and upper back. It is difficult to move or do anything. I always think that i am never getting better than this.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

Try to focus on something completely different? https://taper.community/thread/e47305af-d74b-4d06-94eb-743f747886a6 Have you tried taking warm Epsom salt baths to help your muscle pain or use heating pads on your affected areas? Some people like ice better. Could you use a massager? Does stretching help at all?

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I use heating pads. Epsom salt i don't know that. I just made a little walk with the dog.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

@ Catina. I just read 2 expiriences of stabelising but akathasia and retarded dystonia. Will i keep the muscelpain i have from efexor during tapering?

Marina, what you're experiencing is a result of having less of a drug in your system. Your body is reacting to that change and is trying to find its balance again. Muscle pain - along with any other withdrawal symptom - is not a sign of permanent damage. It's your body's way of making the repairs that are necessary for healing.
