I have so much muscle pains in shoulder and upper back. It is difficult to move or do anything. I always think that i am never getting better than this.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

Try to focus on something completely different? https://taper.community/thread/e47305af-d74b-4d06-94eb-743f747886a6 Have you tried taking warm Epsom salt baths to help your muscle pain or use heating pads on your affected areas? Some people like ice better. Could you use a massager? Does stretching help at all?

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I use heating pads. Epsom salt i don't know that. I just made a little walk with the dog.
