Anybody here ever do a 4 week taper from 7.5mg to 0

Depends how long you've been on before tapering. I can predict the following, A few weeks, piece of piss, A few months, tough going A few years, worse then hell

I was only on it at 7.5mg for 4 months but I had a paradoxical reaction while on the medication but Im beginning to see tiny improvement however Im not taking anything for granted, it’s been 145 days since I stopped.

The hospital are sending me an overnight Sats machine to check my oxygen levels while asleep on the other drugs .

Yes. Do not recommend it at all - minus 1000 out of 10. That said, I'd been on it longer than you (around 6-7 months), and everyone is different. I'm told there are people out there in the world who can taper these drugs with far fewer problems, but if they exist, and I suppose they do, they don't tend to be hanging around sites like this.
