Is alternating dose to achieve blood level reduction acceptable?
Trying 100/75mg to get 12.5mg reduction in the morning. Pharmacist suggested to try alternating before switching to solution.
Not feeling the best so far after a week.

Alternating doses used to be referred to as "playing ping pong with your brain" on the Surviving Antidepressants website. In my opinion, it's absolutely not recommended. Have you read about hyperbolic tapering, where you reduce by 10% of the current dose each time? There's a lot of information on this site.
I hope you feel better soon.
