29th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

March 29, 2026··
taper update
I engaged in some volunteer work this morning, which involved interacting with people. Although I'm proud I was able to do it since I haven't been able to for so long, I think it was a bit too much for my nervous system to handle. It's okay, though. At least I made the effort, and my husband was happy that I was there! I'm having a moderate amount of anxiety now and am going to take it easy the rest of the day. I hope everyone is doing okay today! Sending healing vibes to everyone.... ❤️

Well done Catina! The anxiety is annoying but i‘m very happy you got through the volunteer work and faced all the needed interaction with people. It‘s indeed exhausting „excercise“ so have a good and hopefully calm rest 💪👍👍

off Stimulants (2000-2013)
off Fluoxetine (2010-2013)
off Lamotrigine (2013-2016)
off Quetiapain (2016-2020)

currently Effexor — 33mg — 13 years (from 300mg) — actively tapering | with clinician

Thanks Steve, I appreciate it. I think I pushed myself too hard, but I'm trying to recover. I hope you're doing okay!
