98th Effexor Update - Feeling Poor

I reduced by another 2 beads on November 1st and boy I am feeling the effects already! Lots of anxiety. I also have a lot of heart pounding and palpitations during the night. My nervous system feels very fragile right now. I plan on holding as long as I need to before making another reduction. It's insane what dropping 2 beads can do, but I'm glad my symptoms aren't worse. I know things could be much, much worse so I won't complain too much. Usually I don't feel the effects of a drop for a few weeks, so I was surprised I felt the effects so soon. Anyway, as many of you know I've been on psychiatric drugs for a very long time, so it's taking me extra long to get off. If you're reading this, thank you!
