Good news: I've been sleeping like a baby lately! Bad News: I'm still feeling some dizziness and head constriction/pain. It's slowly getting better, but it's part of a nasty wave I've been having due to recent stress.
We have some family visiting tomorrow for a bit, so that will be some added stress, but hopefully things will go well. I can rest afterwards.
I'm not going to reduce another bead until probably October 1st.
