91st Effexor Update - Feeling Poor

September 4, 2026Β·Β·
I'm still experiencing some dizziness, anxiety, and a headache. I also have a large area underneath my right armpit that is red and itchy. Honestly, I'm struggling a bit. I had a good cry this morning. Yesterday I used that wire head massager and it made me feel even more dizzy. I looked it up and yes, that can be a side effect. My husband liked it, so he said to just keep it for him. SIGH. Oh well, I tried. I'm glad that for some people it's helpful. I'm having a low-key day today just resting and trying to ride this horrible wave of symptoms. I hope everyone is hanging in there okay. 🩷

Shame the head massager didn't work for you but good on you for giving it a go. Maybe it will work when you're not dizzy anymore. I hope it goes away soon πŸ«‚πŸ©΅

Thanks @Horizon. I can't believe how powerful it was! Yeah, maybe once this whole ordeal is behind me I can try it again. In the meantime, at least my hubby has a nice relaxing tool for himself lol.
