8th Seroquel Update - Feeling Okay

I feel like my soul is waking up from a long time asleep today. My reactions in conversation are getting quicker so I can stick up for myself and not be bulldozed by other people. Still getting head pressure and internal buzzes. I had a massive sugar craving this afternoon ,I've recently been avoiding sugar so I'll see how my sugar crash goes later. I'm feeling good though. My cough is improving it's higher up in my chest and releasing whatever crap is in there and I don't feel like I'm going to cough out blood. I'm so relieved I don't need quetiapine and that I'm coming off and what a relief to not be so sedated and to feel those side effects slip away ☺️
