How long were you off when you reinstated

From April 26, 2026 was 100% off, but I was totally bonkers and didn’t realize for some time I had discontinued altogether too soon. So I reinstated at 5 mg on August 3, 2026, but had to increase to another 2 mg, which brings me to 7mg and holding .

What do you mean by totally bonkers? How long was your taper?

Feeling anxious angry jittery all of that and just not myself. I had tapered from January , by March 23rd I was on 1/4 of a 20mg pill 5mg until April 19, came off 100% ! The next few months I was pretty angry irritable and really not my usual self . I was unaware of discontinued syndrome , when I looked into it I reinstated in early August to 5mg and then needed to increase to 7mg holding at that and doing okay. Thank goodness I found this tapering community

I reinstated too after a horrible fast taper. I’m in week 5 and feeling a new low mood which is unfamiliar. I’ve had calmer windows and now I feel annoyed frustrated and depressed. I read weeks 5 and 6 can be hard. Anyone else struggling here?
