Yesterday and the day before were worse, depressive symptoms came back again and i felt locked inside. Anyways, i attended a big band concert and a birthday party, had 2 gigs and succeeded. But wanted to be more talkative and energetic. The tiredness and the feeling as if my mind is blocked is exhausting.
The excercising slowly shows with better body posture and bigger arms, it‘s slowly paying off and i like it. Had no crash yet and hope it doesn‘t happen. Excercising now and attending a jazz parade after.
Can‘t think of tapering on these days.

Sorry you're struggling a bit Steve. It's commendable that you continue to try to function as best as you can despite feeling this way. Try not to beat yourself up too much if you can't function at the level you would like. I wish I could do more, but I'm really limited when it comes to socializing because it's really hard on me.
I'm glad you're keeping up your exercise since that is one of the best ways to regulate our nervous system. Just be careful to not overdo things.
Holding is part of healing too, so it's okay if you need to do that for awhile.
Have a great day!
