87th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

I experienced some stress yesterday, and it really cranked up some withdrawal symptoms. My anxiety has increased along with feeling more dizzy. I did sleep well last night, so I'm thankful for that.
I'm planning on reducing another bead tomorrow, but I'll see how I feel.
For anyone who reads this, I hope you're getting along okay. It's nice to see so many members connecting with each other. 🩵
