1st Lithium (carbonate / citrate) Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fair. No specific symptoms.
Started lithium march 2023. Stopped in January 2025 due to severe GI symptoms, extreme skin issues (Epidermoid cysts), and bladder problems. Plus brain fog and decreased cognition. No withdrawal symptoms to report outside of my bladder function returned to normal and my skin cleared up after a few months of it being out of my system. It felt inherently heavy and toxic to take.
