84th Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

I underwent some stress yesterday, so my anxiety went up a bit and I had some heart pounding during the night last night. Otherwise, I'm feeling okay and was able to get enough sleep last night. It's crazy how my body just can't handle any sort of stress. No other symptoms at the moment other than some anxiety.
