83rd Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

I'm feeling better today. Anxiety is lower. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then did some weights. I also slept very well last night. All in all, it's not too bad of a day! Sending lots of support and healing vibes to everyone. 💗

I'm really happy to hear that things are getting better. Now it's time to hold and enjoy the stability.

Cymbalta — 13,5mg — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
