8/2- Citalopram, flare, strong pre-reactions?

August 3, 2026··
taper update
Recently I noticed I started slowly getting more dizzy and especially when I stood up from sitting down, since wednesday. A lot of my symptoms come and go but this was at the point where I couldn't walk straight, I felt tired, I wasn't getting rest. Any thing I did just made me feel worse. It had me worried. My mom came to visit me and was really concerned. I mentioned how I ran out of eletrolyte drink but it was making me feel weird so I didn't buy more. I bought mango juice but the sugar irritated my bowls. Since my pee was still normal colors I figured I was getting proper hydration. She recommended I drink water with a bit of sugar and a pinch of salt. Instantly, I felt like I revived. I ate my food (boiled chicken, boiled carrot, and corn tortillas) which didn't help as much as a singular sip from the water. I checked my blood pressure & heart rate when I felt wack and when I felt normal again, there was virtually no difference. I just think my body is still sensitive and overreacting to whatever its needs are. Like for example, the other day I took a nibble out of cheese. My body instantly reacted when the cheese hit my tounge and I felt it preparing very strongly in the right side of my stomach. I didn't even bother swallowing I was just like ehhhh no thanks. My body is obviously reacting to things before they are ingested very strongly. The water couldn't have physically helped me in just one sip by such a drastic degree. Anyone else get this?
