78th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

Sure this was a short but heavy wave, it‘s frightening that it can be so harsh, as if every brain cell fights against each other. Interestingly it slowly pulls itself over me until i‘m deep underwater. But it was short, i think thats a good sign. Would really like to understand what happens there. I‘m good again, a little angry first but was at the lake with friends and had a good time, excercised and practiced sax. Phew. I wish you all a good night and a better day!
