1st Topamax Update - Feeling Dumb

Feeling dumb. Been having bouts of irritability, insomnia, appetite changes, and gi upset. Started back on 100mg after being at 0mg for 4 months. As of September 2026 I’m down to 25 mg due to Migraines preventing me from Driving unless I take the Topirimate
