70th Effexor Update - Feeling Poor

June 11, 2026··
Slept good over 7h. The day was better but unproductive. Laid down for a little in the afternoon and had a 3h nap, didn‘t want that. I‘m feeling like walking through mud and it‘s annoying me. Tomorrow i have a bigger gig than usual. Hope it all works out well. Constantly thinking i need stimulants as this stagnation makes me sad and i’m yearning for a working memory. What a fucked up Situation. Looks like i need to wait longer to get my driver license back as there was still residue found after all this time, this annoys me pretty much. It‘s a feeling of being trapped and not getting out but getting older and older.

Sorry to hear about the drivers licence my friend. As for the stimulants i think we both know it wouldnt really solve much. Just another drug our brain is exposed to. I know its difficult but hang in there , youll be back to brighter days when this wave of symptoms pass. Wishing you the best

Hi Steve, I will echo BP's comments about stimulants. I agree with what he said. We care about your well-being and want you to give yourself the best possible chance of healing. Just take things one day at a time...that's all we can do! 🩷

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
