Feeling okay. Been having bouts of dizziness, nausea, anxiety, depression, crying spells, fatigue, muscle aches, sweating, tinnitus, and visual disturbances.

Started Duloxetine dr 90mg 4 years ago. Started to taper dropped from 90 to 60mg felt horrible started over Sept 23, 2026. 90-80—70 actively tapering |Duloxetine. Working with my doctor and compounding. But I was thinking since I will have 60-30-20-5 mgs that I would be using these to taper every 2-4 weeks by 5mgs.
Help! Compounding Pharmacy Needed: that can compound 200 capsules of Duloxetine DR 5 mg Micro-beads. Then after 20mg step-down the pharmacy to supply a 5% taper down of Duloxetine DR Micro-beads for tapering for a 2-4 week hold. Compounding pharmacy that takes Medicare and Aetna. Insurance, I live in New Braunfels, Texas so the closer the better. Would appreciate any advice on a good reasonable pharmacy.
