68th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

June 8, 2026··
I’m sleeping good now pretty regulary, but still fall asleep too late. So i was a few days in a hustle, rehearsals, little birthday gigs. I think i have finally made this taper. Am still a little anxious and sometimes depressed, kind of locked inside. But i think it‘s going to be better. Have a lot to practice and hope i don‘t waste too much time when in bad mood. I‘m excercising more again, sadly i tend to get angry afterwards 😅 however it helps anyways. Had good contact with my brother. And i really can‘t wait to have my drivers license back as i‘m getting little work opportunities and want to get out here more often (don‘t like the bus and being dependent on its timetable). Am not in the mood to taper again for now. So, moving on. Have a good night!

I'm really glad that overall you're doing fairly well Steve! Yes, it will be a good feeling to be able to drive again. Hold your taper for as long as you need to. Good night! 💤 😴

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
