62nd Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

Slept well 7,5h again but fell asleep pretty late. Today was worse than yesterday, a little angry and more worries. Anyways, tomorrow i do the next tapering step, 1 bead. Still undecided on which degree Programm but need to decide in the next days.
A lot to prepare for the bands and the day is over too soon 😄
