60th Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

Slept very well again. Practiced a lot of saxophone. Met old friends again in the park. It was nice until they started philosophic/political topics with a harsh touch of marx, felt isolating. However it was mostly kind and nice and it was good to get out. My mood was good and stable today. One of them has been on benzos and was told to taper of with antidepressants (citalopram for the day and mirtazapin for the night). As far as i understood, he needed someone to talk to and take pressure out of the situatuon but got these meds. He‘s already tapering slowly and seems to be succesfull, told him to be careful at the end or call me when it‘s tough. I‘m glad we met again! Next taper will be on thursday, while it might get a bit tight with a sudden gig in the week after next, but i want to try. Have a nice evening y‘all.
