5th Seroquel Update - Feeling Very good

September 11, 2026··
Feeling very good. Been having bouts of anxiety, fatigue, and emotional blunting. Dandelion and rocket have healed me quickly ☺️ Coffee and chocolate/sugar give me internal vibrations and parasthesia (pins and needles) starting in my face. I hardly have coffee or sugar these days and I'm getting used to my new lifestyle. I think the anxiety came from the coffee as well because I was fine without it. I had fatigue but felt relaxed. Which is why I gave coffee a try. I'm dismissing unwanted thoughts as being unimportant and changing what I think about. Occasional head pressure and flushing cheeks as my nervous system is still adjusting to a lower dose. Rash on neck when a person is pressuring me for conversation and I want to be quiet, aphasia still

We are in a similar situation. I was on 400 for about a year and I got down to 200 in 3 months. I help myself with the ketogenic diet which I feel greatly reduces withdrawal. I am aware that it is going to be really tough under 100 even harder under 50. Problem is you cannot get liquid seroquel here in Ireland. Well done for what you have achieved already I am looking forward to catching up. How long have you been on the 100?

Hello ☺️ its great to hear from you. I think I've been on 100 since roughly beginning of may , I wasn't aware of the dangers at the time. So dont remember exactly. So nearly 4 and a half months. I don't feel used to 100 yet to confidently take the next step. Also I want to be very used to a lifestyle that is going to help and make withdrawals easier. I'm not sure about liquid serequel, I think it's a different company that makes liquid quetiapine, I'll have to research it. I have a tablet crusher and I want to buy scales, I was thinking of weighing rather than doing liquid. I was planning on getting CK 20 jewellers scales. Emma who does the PsychMed Sanctuary used this method to get off her quetiapine. She's on YouTube and Instagram. I hope this helps you in the future. Take your time, I'm happy to meet you 🫂

Thanks for the tip. The keto diet really helps in stabilizing the nervous system. I am doi🙂ng it for long enough to give it a break now. At the same time I will go on hold with the taper while I am off the keto diet. Good luck and God bless

I'm here for you if you need me for support anytime, I'll help you. It's great to know that you found the change in diet helped you because now I know I'm not alone in that experience. I guess if you're able to give it a break it indicates your brain has settled to the lower dose which is amazing. Well done ❤️‍🔥 god bless your journey to recovery 🤍

Hi again, I've just looked up liquid quetiapine for UK and Ireland and there's a company called Rosemont pharmaceuticals ltd. But there's also one called Eaststone ltd who made an unlicensed liquid quetiapine and it was recalled in Jan this year because they'd accidentally doubled the dose.
