5th Paxil Update - Feeling Okay

Feeling okay. Been having bouts of anxiety and fatigue. I have returned from my cruise yesterday and I was so happy that I was able to take the plane ride without a panic attack and a lot of anxiety. The night before this departure I didn’t sleep well having thoughts anticipating having a panic attack or extreme anxiety like I did going to the cruise but it didn’t happen I had a good flight back and did not have the panic or anxiety episode at all.
