5th Lexapro Update - Feeling Good

Feeling good overall. Been having bouts of headache and lightheade and a bit tired. Feeling settled also in myself, I feel so much more connected to a sense of safety and calm knowing I am following what my body was telling me. Been leaning into my support network also is also adding to feeling settled in this process.
