Feeling not very good. Been having bouts of dizziness, nausea, irritability, anxiety, gi upset, flu-like symptoms, tinnitus, and visual disturbances. I really need to find a compounding pharmacy that can compound my Duloxetine dr 5 mg small beads. Have been going round and round with pharmacy because they want to use powder in the capsules and from what I am understanding I will need the small beads. I live in the Hill country in Texas and would appreciate any info on a compounding that could dill this Rx.

Started Duloxetine dr 90mg 4 years ago. Started to taper dropped from 90 to 60mg felt horrible started over Sept 23, 2026. 90-80—70 actively tapering |Duloxetine. Working with my doctor and compounding. But I was thinking since I will have 60-30-20-5 mgs that I would be using these to taper every 2-4 weeks by 5mgs.
