59th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

Sleep is okey the last days, possibly due to cyproheptadine. Also feel like the testicles are not as retracted as they used to since the pills. Had a boring jam yesterday, boring men, women left early. Went out to a festival after and struggled with the age differences and what life they can live. And how energetic and funny some of my friends still are, they catch attention and give good vibes while i feel a little frozen inside myself. okey but was also an exhausting travel back home. Worry about my sexual dysfunctions. Catch myself longing for stimulants, anything but these horrible antidepressants. It sounds bad but most of the day has been really okey, maybe it‘s the evening-depression catching up. Unsure if it‘s a 4 or 5 points day. Have an endocrinologist appointment in 2,5 weeks and try to ask for the dutch-test, a hormone test taken throughout the day. Also want to test for androgenic resistency due to having high androgenic hormone levels, it‘s a riddle for me. However, practiced saxophone and it sounds nice. I’m trying to distract myself.
