Just got over a sinus infection and now I feel like I’m hitting a wave with tinnitus for the past few days and anxiety today. I’m holding at 12.5mg of Zoloft for over 3 months. I did a 50% reduction (too much I know) in July and had several good weeks before this. I just retired a month ago because I just couldn’t handle working during withdrawal, now I don’t want to leave my house at all. Im feeling so defeated today.
